  7. <p>This module is the basis of iTop: it allows you to manage the assets of your company (devices, software) and to relate them to each other in order
  8. to express their dependencies. In this module you'll also manage contacts (persons or teams), groups of CIs (Solutions) and define the Business Processes they may impact.</p>

  10. <p>In this moduel you define the services provided by your organization, the contracts with your customers and providers and define the available Service Levels for each of Service.</p>

  12. <p>This module manages User Request tickets, to track the end-user request. The service levels (i.e. response times) for the tickets are defined in the Service Management module.</p>

  14. <p>This module manages Incident tickets, created in response to incidents occurring on the infrastructure. The service levels (i.e. response times) for the tickets are defined in the Service Management module.</p>
